Chronos – Killer of Now

When my mind was bound to time

Je dichter mein Bewusstsein war umso stärker wurde mein Leben vom Faktor Zeit bestimmt. Meine Umgebung drängte mich ständig zur Ordnung und mit dieser in die Zeit. Zeitplanung findet in einem Bewusstseinszustand der Verwirrung statt. Ich kenne nur verwirrte Egos. Ich war lange Zeit ebenfalls in dieser Verfassung. Nicht in der Lage, mich dem Flow zu überlassen, plante ich jeden Winkel meines Lebens aus. Ich hatte Vorstellungen davon, wie es sein und ablaufen sollte. Alles kam anders und mir wurde bewusst, wie hinderlich meine Planungen und meine Aktivitäten waren, bestimmte Ziele zu erreichen. Je bewusster ich wurde umso mehr konnte ich mich dem Flow überlassen. Ohne Revolution fließt der Strom dem Meer entgegen. Jeder Tropfen Wasser kommt schließlich im Meer an.
Kampf hält das Bewusstsein in der Illusion der Getrenntheit fest. Hier meine ich die Getrenntheit vom Zustand des Flow-Bewusstseins. Je offener mein Bewusstsein wurde umso stärker ging mein Leben in den Flow über, in den widerstandsfreien Zustand. Das Wort Hingabe gehört in diesen Zusammenhang. Auch das alltägliche Wort Entspannung trifft den Kern. Zeit dagegen bedeutet Anspannung, Stress, Verspannung bis hin zur geistigen und körperlichen Verkrampfung. Das Ego-Bewusstsein ist ein Krampf, denn es ist überall in Kämpfe verwickelt.
Das Flow-Bewusstsein dagegen vermittelt das Gefühl von Leichtigkeit und innerer Zufriedenheit. Da es sich der Be- und Verurteilung weitgehend enthält und einen neutralen Standpunkt einnimmt, schwimmt es in der Mitte.
Der Buddha hat diese mittlere Position als segensreich beschrieben und im Buddhismus führt der mittlere Pfad zum Glück. Dass in der Mitte das Glück liegt wussten auch die antiken Philosophen. Zeitplanung steht dem Glück entgegen. Nun gilt es die Mitte zu finden zwischen Ordnung (Zeit) und dem Chaos mit seiner zeitlosen Entspannung. Gutes Flowten, meine Freunde.
