Garage Sale

They wonder up to the tables
eyeing the pile of dishes, old appliances or clothes.
Obsessing waiting their turn begrudgingly.
What will happen if you fail to make the purchase?
What if the crap you lust for is broken?
These goods were bought by people just like you,
who have realized before you have just how useless these
items really are.
You are the items
They are the items.
Yard, garage, flea market.
Sale of the century people.
